EP100符合OCP OpenEDGE規格，5個1U半寬、單CPU插槽的伺服器節點設計。每個節點都可以插上一張PCIe 3.0 x16的加速卡和一張OCP NIC 3.0網卡。機箱內的5個伺服器節點可靈活配置不同的節點以應付各種如5G虛擬無線接取網路（vRAN）和多接取邊緣運算（MEC）的多樣化需求工作負載。

適用於各種邊緣運算基地台的 3U 短機箱設計

EP100的3U短機箱設計，讓各家服務提供商可以有機會在各個邊緣基地台上提供更多服務。同時，短機箱也非常適合電信公司在擴增邊緣運算的基礎架構上。因此，不管是電信公司或雲端服務提供商都可透過增加更多台的EP100來拓展基地台及電信機房的邊緣運算能力。EP100的前端存取設計讓使用者可以輕鬆維護系統、網路，電源線，RMC和伺服器節點等。精簡的後機箱設計則可以在一些狹隘的特定地點輕鬆上架。

 

集中式電源和機箱管理程式可提高電源效率和管理

借助集中式電源和機箱管理程式，EP100可以有效地管理及節省基地台的用電量。EP100配備一個1Gb / s（RJ45）可透過RMC管理所有伺服器節點，同時具備兩個10G SFP +端口，以及往上串聯或串接至多台伺服器的前端面板。
