Taipei, October 2, 2025 - Wiwynn (6669) today held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters in the Tanmei Section of Taipei’s Neihu District. The ceremony was hosted by Emily Hong, Chair and Chief Strategy Officer of Wiwynn, and was attended by distinguished guests, including Taipei City Mayor Chiang Wan-an and other industry leaders. Construction will proceed as planned following today's ceremony and is scheduled for completion in 2029.

The new headquarters will be built on a site for which Wiwynn announced the acquisition of 60-year superficies rights on May 9, 2024. The land, designated as lots 35 and 35-1 in Section 5 of the Tanmei Section in Neihu District, spans 8,160.01 square meters (approx. 2,468.4 ping). Wiwynn plans to construct an eight-story, four-basement levels corporate headquarters to serve as its central hub for operations management and R&D. The building is designed to achieve Gold-level certifications for both Green Building and Intelligent Building standards, with a planned total floor area of approximately 43,576.33 square meters (approx. 13,182 ping).

Wiwynn, an innovative cloud IT infrastructure provider for leading data centers, is committed to the vision of “unleash the power of digitalization; ignite the innovation of sustainability.” The company continuously invests in the research and development of advanced computing and cooling technologies for cloud computing and artificial intelligence, to provide global customers with the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and energy-optimized solutions.

The completion of Wiwynn's new headquarters will not only provide employees with an enhanced office environment and meet the company's growing need for office and R&D space but is also expected to attract more top talent through its location within the Neihu Technology Park's industry cluster. Looking ahead, Wiwynn will continue its collaboration with its parent company, Wistron, to actively invest in artificial intelligence and jointly promote the development of the AI industry in the Neihu area.
