The Seventh Year of Wiwynn Corporation's Internship Program Continuing to Deepen Its Impact on Talent Development
In 2025, Wiwynn Technology continues to promote its internship program, cultivating promising young talent through systematic training and cross-departmental practical experience. A total of 10 departments participated in the training, including diverse functional areas such as HW, Thermal, ME, Power, SW, PM, PSM, Sales, Legal, and HR, showcasing the depth and breadth of the Company's cross-disciplinary talent cultivation. Furthermore, 2 interns received official offers after completing their internships, becoming an important part of the Company's future talent pool.
Each intern is guided by a professional mentor and develops hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities through practical participation, cross-departmental project collaboration, and observation of internal corporate operations. This year, the internship projects also incorporated AI deep learning models, allowing interns to directly engage in data model training and application. This helped computers automatically recognize data features and apply them to departmental operations, effectively enhancing work efficiency and accuracy while reducing the burden of manual tasks.
Beyond professional training, the program also includes diverse learning activities, such as LinkedIn branding workshops, core competency experience courses, and guided tours of the server industry, to help interns deepen their industry understanding and expand their career perspectives, thereby enhancing the overall training effect.

Support for Artistic CreationCultivating the Innovative Energy of the Young Generation
To support cultural and artistic development and encourage young generation creations, Wiwynn Corporation sponsored the Taiwanese historical musical "Tropical Angels," taking concrete action to support local artistic creation and cultural heritage. The musical, created by veteran actor Lie Yang in collaboration with newcomer actors Yu-Xuan Lin , Hao-Wei Yu and a creative team, combines historical stories with contemporary artistic expression through music and drama. It presents an intergenerational cultural dialogue and the spirit of the era.
Emily Hong,the Chair of Wiwynn Corporation, stated that in the rapidly developing AI era, creativity and humanistic spirit remain the most valuable and irreplaceable forces. The creative team of "Tropical Angels" passionately and energetically blends art and history through its performance type, leading the audience to understand historical stories and cultural contexts via stage performances. Through support for artistic creation and young artistic talents, Wiwynn Corporation hopes to promote the diverse development of culture and continue to use corporate strength to foster the connection between art and society, injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of culture.

Fulfilling Dreams with Care, Spreading Love — Wiwynn Corporation’s Christmas Charity Wish Adoption Event
At the end of 2025, Wiwynn Corporation continued the spirit of the previous year by expanding the "Christmas Charity Wish Adoption Event" and collaborating with the Family Support Center. Employees were encouraged to become Santa Claus, fulfilling the holiday wishes of children in need of care. A total of 474 employees enthusiastically participated in this event, spreading the warmth and blessings of the festive season to all corners of society through concrete actions.
Before the event, children wrote wish cards, expressing their pure and adorable hopes; some wished for school supplies, others for everyday necessities. These wishes were modest, yet filled with heartfelt anticipation. Upon seeing the cards, Wiwynn Corporation employees responded enthusiastically. They adopted the children's wishes and thoughtfully prepared gifts, hoping to let the children feel the warmth of care and support during Christmas.
At the event, the smiles that lit up the children’s faces when they received their gifts were the most sincere response to everyone’s efforts. Through the Christmas Charity Wish Adoption Event, Wiwynn Corporation continues to connect corporate and social resources, spreading love and hope to more families and children in need, and demonstrating its long-term commitment to caring for the underprivileged and actively engaging in social care.
Biodiversity conservation
From a single tree to a single coral, from the coast to the forest, Wiwynn Corporation protects the natural environment through tangible actions. From 2021 to 2025, Wiwynn Corporation planted 57,782 trees and 8,296 coral fragments across various regions in Taiwan and Sabah, Malaysia, continuously promoting biodiversity and sustainable natural ecosystems. Wiwynn Corporation supports ecological conservation and environmental education, injecting long-term momentum into the sustainable development of Taiwan’s natural ecology.
