Since 2025, Wiwynn Foundation has made Ocean Hugs the centerpiece of its marine conservation work. Bringing together industry, government, academia, and research, we support UN Sustainable Development Goal 14 (SDG 14), Life Below Water, through ocean education, recycled materials, and habitat restoration in the wild. Iin 2026, Wiwynn Foundation hosted the "Coral Classroom" event, welcomed 11 key supply chain partners of Wiwynn, 42 Wiwynn volunteers, and 69 family members to learn about coral ecosystems and ocean conservation through hands-on experience, so that children and adults alike can become ocean guardians.
At Mao’ao Bay in New Taipei City, 15 Wiwynn volunteers took part in coral restoration, planting 288 native corals of Taiwan’s northern coast. From learning about the ocean to getting involved in person, conservation moves beyond knowledge and ideas and becomes action, step by step. Ocean recovery takes time and continuously support. We will keep building our experience in education, research, and habitat restoration, and we will keep inviting like-minded partners to join us on the action of protecting the ocean.
Wiwynn Foundation and Wiwynn Corp. volunteers, together with our supply chain partners, step into the foothills of Gongliao and Sanzhi in New Taipei City, where ponds, terraced paddies, plants, and wildlife form a tightly woven web of life. We work to protect northern Taiwan’s biodiversity and endangered species. Volunteers help create habitats for the Myrrophis chinensis and join ecological surveys, while employees and partners replant the Arundina graminifolia (D.Don) Hochr. Conservation doesn’t only happen in faraway reserves. It begins in the fields and forests around us, through learning, caring, and protecting them together.
Wiwynn Foundation has partnered with the Taichung Branch of the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency (FANCA) and the Dept. of Forestry & Resource Conservation (SFRC) at NTU to launch the Healing Forest Certification program starting in 2025. Guided by our vision, “Healthy Forests, Healthy People,” we foster interdisciplinary collaboration toward earning international healing forest certification for the Basianshan National Forest Recreation Area. We believe a forest holds the breath and hope of countless lives. Protecting it protects our power to heal.
Created by the Wiwynn Foundation, Huo Shao Xing Bao Qi is a board game designed to teach children how to reduce carbon emissions in their daily lives. Players take on the role of one of five groups, navigating resource competition, carbon-reduction choices, and sustainability challenges. Through music and storytelling, the game’s message truly resonates in players’ hearts. Through melody and lyrics, we hope more people will see that sustainability is more than a slogan. It starts with the small actions we each take in everyday life.
