Wiwynn Corporation devotes to develop innovative technology in order to provide product and systematic solutions to hyper-scale data centers and cloud infrastructure. In terms of edge computing products, outdoor edge servers have passed IP65, salt spray, and earthquake tests to ensure products can be reliably operated under different environmental conditions. In addition, considering the increasing demands of cooling in AI computing and relevant products, we invested in AI products as well as liquid cooling and immersion cooling technologies to meet customer demands and provide technologically leading products in the market. In 2025, we had 2,498 R&D personnel, with R&D budget reaching NT$9.4 billion.

Hazardous substance management mechanisms
Wiwynn Corporation has established hazardous substance management mechanisms focusing on products, batteries, and packaging materials. We have implemented the Green Product Management System, the Product Lifecycle Management System, and IECQ QC 080000 certification to ensure 100% compliance of material management with regulations and customer requirements.
In 2025, there was no violation against prohibition of hazardous substance or complaints caused by the breach of customer requirements.

Complying with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) to carry out product design based on the goals of easy to disassemble, recyclable, and environmental protection. Since 2020, all products developed fully followed the operating procedures and went through WEEE-3R evaluation and verification. Product designs that meet the 3R requirements (reuse and recycled rate=80%; recovery rate=85%) could bear the WEEE recycle label, and are not allowed to randomly dispose any electronic products.
In 2025, the global share of renewable electricity usage reached 80.90%, with efforts to build PCBA production lines that meet low-power consumption requirements and implement measures to reduce power consumption during idle periods of rack product testing.

Sustainable package design
By introducing recycled EPE and other plastic reduction designs, gradually increasing the use ratio of recycled materials in packaging, and reducing the usage of single-use plastics, a total reduction of 380,451 kgCO2e was achieved.

 

Recycling wooden boxes and pallets
Through the reutilization of packaging (wooden boxes and pallets), we effectively reduced waste by 2,564,814 kilograms and generated an economic benefit of approximately NT$672 million. 
Wiwynn Corporation has introduced new generation MOSFET components and optimized circuit board design and integration to enhance board power conversion efficiency to over 91%, surpassing the 90% standard required by customers.
According to calculations, seven representative sold products in 2025 can save 91,855,689 kWh during the lifecycle utilization stage, reducing 43,539,596 kg of CO2e emissions.

Complying with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE), all products developed since 2020 have fully followed operating procedures and undergone WEEE-3R evaluation and verification. Product designs meet the 3R requirements (Reuse and Recycled rate=80%, Recovery rate=85%) and bear the WEEE recycle label.
Since 2023, Wiwynn Corporation has collaborated with customers to recycle and reuse functional memory modules from end-of-life server products. In 2025, this reduced the demand for newly purchased memory by approximately NT$2.9 billion and reduced emissions by around 10,153,890 kgCO2e.

In the most recent four fiscal years, the survey coverage achieved 100%.
The assessment result in 2025 showed that customer answered were satisfactory or above was 90%.
