Wiwynn made a strong impact at NVIDIA GTC 2025, showcasing its latest AI computing and cooling solutions at booth #1804. Partnering with Wistron, Wiwynn demonstrated its readiness for the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72—a cutting-edge AI server powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra, featuring a fully liquid-cooled, fan-less design for superior thermal efficiency and AI acceleration.
In addition, Wiwynn unveiled a new 10U HGX system built with HGX B300 NVL16, optimized for AI workloads with increased compute power and memory. The event also highlighted Wiwynn’s UMS100L, an advanced rack-level liquid cooling management system, addressing the escalating cooling demands of AI and HPC data centers.
