This white paper presents a complete design and validation framework for next-generation high-power double-wide racks.

Target loads of up to 4,000 kg are met through L11 structural reinforcement, while a modular rear service group (cable cartridge, rack manifold, liquid-cooled busbar) enables independent servicing to minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). Structural performance is validated by static and dynamic FEA, and packaging is validated based on international transportation testing standards. A liquid-cooled busbar design extends the current capacity to approximately 15,000 A for reliable hyperscale AI deployment.

Download the white paper to explore the engineering blueprints, FEA stress validation data, and modular architecture behind 4,000 kg load capacity and 15,000 A liquid-cooled power delivery—purpose-built to de-risk and accelerate your hyperscale AI infrastructure deployments.
