緯穎今日 (十一月七日) 召開董事會，會中通過2025年度第三季財務報表。

2025年第三季，緯穎合併營收達新台幣2,668.24億元，年增172.8%。稅後淨利為154.11億元，年增143.5%。受惠於經濟規模與營運效率的提升，毛利率為8.8%，營益率為7.3%，稅後淨利率為5.8%。2025第三季基本每股盈餘達82.92元，高於去年同期的34.36元。第三季合併營收、獲利、基本每股盈餘均倍數成長，並創歷史新高。

累計前三季合併營收達新台幣6,582.23億元，年增168.7%。稅後淨利為373.27億元，年增137.3%。毛利率為8.7%，營益率為7.2%，稅後淨利率為5.7%。基本每股盈餘為200.85元，高於去年同期的88.38元。累計前三季合併營收、獲利、基本每股盈餘均倍數成長，創歷史新高。

本次董事會通過增資子公司Wiwynn Technology Corporation美金2億5千萬元及子公司Wiwynn Mexico, S.A. de C.V.美金2億元，用於美國德州廠房、墨西哥新承租廠房裝修、先進液冷設備及基礎電力設施所需。

公司看好AI及資料中心市場，持續投資並深化運算、散熱節電等相關技術與產品開發，因應客戶長期需求成長，營運資金需求，本次董事會通過發行第二次海外無擔保轉換公司債，發行總額上限暫定為美金20億元，發行期間5年，並視市場狀況及公司需求進行發行。
