緯穎今日 (八月八日) 召開董事會，會中通過 2024 年度第二季財務報表。緯穎 2024 年第二季合併營收達新台幣 774.81 億元，年增 37.6%。營業淨利為 62.07 億元，稅前淨利為 62.07 億元，稅後淨利為 46.94 億元，每股盈餘為新台幣 26.85 元。毛利率年增 2.0 個百分點至 10.8%、營益率年增 1.8 個百分點至 8.0%、稅後淨利率年增 1.5 個百分點至 6.1%。

2024 年上半年度合併營收達新台幣 1,471.09 億元，年增 12.7%。毛利率年增 2.4 個百分點至 10.9%，營益率年增 2.1 個百分點至 8.2%。稅後淨利為新台幣 94.01 億元，稅後淨利率年增 1.9 個百分點至 6.4%。基本每股盈餘為新台幣 53.77 元，高於去年同期的 33.82 元。2024 年上半年度合併營收，毛利率、營益率與稅後淨利率均創同期歷史新高。

公司看好雲端產業與 AI 伺服器長期需求成長，持續投資深化資料中心技術與產品開發。因應業務需求，本次董事會通過對美國子公司 Wiwynn International Corporation 增資美金 5 億元以充實自有營運資金，優化財務結構。
