緯穎今日(二月二十二日) 召開董事會，會中通過2022年度第四季財務報表。

緯穎2022 年第四季合併營收達新台幣874.39 億元，年增53.7%，創單季歷史新高。營業淨利為54.68億元，稅前淨利為49.63 億元，稅後淨利為39.50 億元，每股盈餘為新台幣22.59元。毛利率年增0.4%至8.4%，營益率年增0.3%至6.3%，稅後淨利率因匯兌損失及升息影響年減0.1%至4.5%。

2022 年度合併營收達新台幣2,928.76 億元，年增52.0%。毛利率年增0.1%至8.2%，營益率年增0.2%至6.1%，稅後淨利為新台幣141.75億元，稅後淨利率年增0.3%至4.8%。基本每股盈餘為新台幣81.07元。2022 年度合併營收、稅後淨利、基本每股盈餘均創歷史新高。

董事會通過111年度盈餘分派案，擬分配現金股利新台幣8,742,039,550元，配發現金股利每股新台幣50元。並決議於2023年5月29日召開112年股東常會。

因應產業長期成長及客戶需求，公司為充實營運資金及擴增產能，本次董事會通過對美國子公司Wiwynn International Corporation增資美金4億元、馬來西亞子公司Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia SDN.BHD.增資美金5,000萬元。

展望未來，資料中心產業長期成長，考量近期通膨、升息與地緣政治所帶來經濟環境影響與不確定性，或影響短期成長力道，公司會謹慎密切觀察，適時做出動態調整因應。
