緯穎今日 (五月七日) 召開董事會，會中通過2026年度第一季財務報表。

2026年第一季，緯穎合併營收達新台幣2,765.08億元，年增62.0%。稅後淨利為141.14億元，年增44.1%。毛利率為7.6%，營益率為6.3%，稅後淨利率為5.1%。基本每股盈餘為75.95元，高於去年同期的52.70元。2026年第一季合併營收、獲利、基本每股盈餘均創同期歷史新高。

因應AI產品組合與零組件價格上漲，公司持續與客戶溝通調整商業模式，四月起部分客戶的記憶體改以「代採購模式」不計入營收。今公告四月營收金額為827.31億，年增29.67%、月減16.14%。然伺服器機櫃銷售數量較前月增加，獲利率亦較前月提升。展望全年，獲利金額不受部分商業模式改變影響，出貨量仍有雙位數成長。

公司看好AI及資料中心市場，持續投資並深化運算、散熱節電等相關技術與產品開發，第一季公司投資共同封裝光學 (Co-Packaged Optics, CPO) 領導廠商Ayar Labs，合作推動CPO進入機櫃級 AI 系統，布局超大規模 AI 運算市場商機。因應客戶長期需求成長，營運資金需求，本次董事會通過增資子公司Wiwynn International Corporation美金5億元，以充實營運資金，優化財務結構。
